Deposit Disclaimer
All deposits will be returned in full within 15 days if the following qualifications are met after each event:
No damages have occurred to facility, property, and materials. Form of payments: Cash, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Visa/MasterCard, Discover Card are the only forms of payment that are accepted. All Credit Card transactions are subject to a 3.5% fee. 

For all other packages - Tenant Cleanup Checklist must be completed and no damages have occurred to facility, property, and materials.

Legacy Event Center is not a wedding planning facility. Decorative services and vendor recommendation are available, however, wedding planning is not a service offered by Legacy Event Center. 

All package prices are subject to change. All additional amenities (excluding WiFi and staff cleanup) are subject to 9% sales tax. All amenities are to be used at Legacy Event Center's facility and not to be taken from the premises.

***Event Insurance
All events utilizing a bar require proof of insurance as follows: User must maintain General Liability insurance and Liquor Liability coverage in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence with Legacy Event Center as additional Insured on the policy. A copy of the insurance certificate must be provided to Legacy Event center at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.
