What is the seating capacity for the venue?

Is a security deposit required to rent the event space? Can a payment plan be set up?
Yes, The deposit will be returned within 15 days after the event unless cleaning service is required or damages have been incurred and completion of the tenant cleanup checklist.

Yes, payment plans can be setup for up to a 9 months term. The final installment payment will be required 7 days prior to the wedding date or 3 days before a non-wedding event.

When can we start decorating for an event?
Typically, 1-2 hours before the event, details will need to be worked out with the Event Coordinator.

Will there be another wedding the same day?
At Legacy Event Center we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couples’ event is special and receives our full attention.

Do you provide Table linens, centerpieces, or decorations for events?
Yes, we have an extensive rental inventory! We allow our clients to rent Table linens (we have an variety of colors, call the Event Coordinator for specific colors and sizes) centerpieces or LET US DECORATE FOR YOU. We will set up tables and chairs, the linens and we even do custom backdrops. Check out our Legacy Pricing to see which include our decorating services.

What form of payment does Legacy Event Center accept?
We accept most forms of payment; Cash, money order, cashier check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard. Please note all credit cards are subject to a convenience fee.

What’s the cancellation policy?
If reservations are cancelled with 30 or more days prior to an event the deposit will be refunded less 20% cancellation fee. Security deposits will not be refunded if reservations are cancelled with less than 30 days from the rental date of an event. The security deposit is not refundable for any cancellation for any reason if booked during the month of December. You have (up to 12 months) to reschedule an event.

How many hours does the rental fee include and is there an overtime fee if we stay longer?
Each package differs in rental hours, standard 5 hrs works out to $50.00/hr. For example: If you need an additional 2 hrs it would be $100.00 extra. Customize your own package here.

When can we start decorating for an event?

Do you work directly with Caterers?
No, we do need the Name of the Caterer, times to arrive with food/drinks and their contact person. The menus and who will be your caterer is solely up to the client. However we have an excellent list of Legacy Preferred Vendors we hope you would utilize.

Do you have an inventory of decorations we can rent from?
Yes, we have a list of decor: Amenities and Accessories If you have questions about specific sizes and colors please call our Event Coordinator for details.

Is an outdoor area included for a cocktail reception?
The Courtyard or Patio would be perfect for an outdoor reception. The patio includes a bar with seating and the Courtyard is an open space for people to mingle.

Is the facility accessible for disabled or elderly guests?
Yes, the same ramp leading into the entrance is also used to enter the courtyard. Our handicap bathroom is located at the front of the building with double doors for easy maneuvering.

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Yes, more details to come, about the discount for clients who are utilizing the Legacy Event Center for events. We recommend the Holiday Inn 1502 Woerz Way, Ardmore, OK 73401
